- Identify a suitable building.
- Negotiate with the owner of the building for leasing the roof to set up the cell site.
- Complete the legal formalities on behalf of the operator and provide all mandatory sanctions from the local authorities.
For Ground based Towers:
- Identify suitable land.
- Obtain information on accessibility to the site with maps and drawings.
- Collection of documents and verification by Revenue Authorities for ownership lease. Verification of ownership lease title documents, Tax dues and other liabilities.
- The documents are then given to a local senior advocate of standing, who after careful scrutiny issues a due diligence report.
