• Reference check of selected candidates as requested by the Client.
• Joining process completion of the candidate: Filling in the joining form, opening bank accounts, issue of PF/ESI numbers etc.
• Co-ordinating the issue of joining letters issued by various department a heads.
• Processing the separating process: co-ordinating exit interviews, obtaining NOC, issue of no due certificate and experience letters.
